Elaine Hunt is CEO and partner of ECS Billing & Consulting, Inc. Elaine has over 30 years of business experience in the healthcare and consulting industry.
Elaine understands firsthand the challenges and day-to-day operations of being a healthcare provider. She has owned and operated two nursing homes, along with her husband, Bob, owned San Mar Pharmacy in Tiffin, Ohio. She remains part owner and CEO of B & K Home Medical, a Durable Medical Equipment and Home Infusion Therapy company in Tiffin.
Prior to her position as CEO, Elaine was an independent consultant. Elaine specialized in reorganizing and restructuring companies to take them from a net loss to becoming profitable and efficient organizations. She led and worked with numerous corporations as she emphasized accounts receivable and cash flow. Her record is flawless. Every company she has worked with became profitable as a result of her consulting, guidance and leadership.
Over the years, Elaine has donated much of her time to many organizations such as the United Way, YMCA, and the Tiffin community. Elaine was Chairman of the YMCA and led a fundraising effort to build a new YMCA in Tiffin. Most recently, she and her husband, Bob, led a fundraising effort for the Tiffin community to raise over 2 million dollars in less than one year to rebuild the football stadium and track in Tiffin. Elaine takes great pride in working towards a goal and assisting members of her community to do so.

- Tiffin Rotary Club – Distinguished Service Award 1998 & 1999
- Tiffin Area Chamber of Commerce – Outstanding Citizen Award 1999
- Veterans of Foreign Wars – Woman of the Year 2000

- Tiffin City Schools – Crystal Apple Award – Dedication to Children 1999
- State of Ohio – Community Citizenship Award 1999
CYNTHIA A. DUNNE

Cynthia Dunne is President and Partner of ECS Billing & Consulting, Inc.
Cindy has over 23 years of experience in the health insurance and billing industry. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in business administration and computer science.
Cindy has designed and written medical claims adjudication programs for insurance companies. She also managed the systems departments for two insurance companies. As a result, she has a strong knowledge of claims and the healthcare profession.
During her college years, Cindy worked in a nursing home where she gained experience in the nursing home/SNF industry.
In 1994, Elaine and Sarah asked her to join them in creating ECS Billing & Consulting, Inc., to provide billing and consulting expertise to healthcare providers.
Cindy is knowledgeable in Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and keeps up with current changes in the industry. She has consulted for many facilities in billing, business office practices, and accounts receivable operations.
Cindy attends many of the SNF association meetings that ECS belongs. Cindy has also served as a representative on HIDA's Consolidated Billing Task Force.

SARAH L. HANNA

Sarah Hanna is the Vice President of ECS Billing & Consulting, Inc. (ECS) and is a nationally recognized speaker and consultant on HME Reimbursement. She has worked in the billing industry for over 19 years. Sarah has conducted numerous training seminars and personal client consultations on proper billing protocols, Medicare coverage guidelines, and billing office procedures for effective accounts receivable collections.
Sarah is a recognized Van G. Miller & Associates (VGM) Consultant and is a member of HomeCare magazine's Editorial Advisory Board. She has written articles for HME Today Magazine, HME News, HomeCare Magazine, and "Insight" (the QS1 Data Systems Magazine) on reimbursement. She has been a presenter for AAHomecare and various state and regional conferences including HME Expo and Medtrade Fall and Spring.
Her company, ECS Billing & Consulting, Inc. provides billing and consulting services to HME, respiratory and supply companies throughout the United States. ECS also provides billing services for physicians, chiropractors, therapy providers and long term care facilities.
